Summary
Are you pleased to use your expertise to provide high-quality medical care? As an essential member of a healthcare team, PSWs help patients in the home and community care settings by supporting, encouraging, and promoting their independence through assistance with daily living tasks. Under the guidance of a personal support manager, you will carry out this work.

What This Position Entails
- Helping with activities of daily living, including personal care (getting up and down), helping about the house, providing prescription assistance, providing respite care, and performing special functions
- Fostering a secure atmosphere by exemplifying safe body mechanics, safe transfer methods, and home security
- Supplying the patient with emotional, social, and/or cognitive support
- Cooking wholesome, diversified, and reasonably priced meals and snacks, including special diets, following the care plan’s guidelines for food preparation, storage, and hygiene.

CarePartners offers home-based health care as well as clinics, transitional care units, relief in retirement homes, and shared care settings for the community. Since 2009, we have organized staff-led medical services and clinics in nations with limited access to healthcare through our Community Nursing Services outreach initiative.
