Duties And Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A certificate or diploma from the PSW program that satisfies the requirements set forth by the Ontario Community Support Association, the National Association of Career Colleges, or the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities, or is prepared to offer verification of enrollment before being hired.
- Have a heart and enthusiasm for offering high-quality treatment.
- It is necessary to have knowledge and experience with documentation and care planning systems.
- Positivity in communication with residents, relatives, and other staff members.
