Description of the Role

We are hiring a hair stylist on-site in Kitchener, Ontario, on a full-time basis. The stylist in charge will have to supply:

Will provide our clients with excellent hair care services, such as style, coloring, cutting, and other related services.
Together with helping clients select the right products for their unique hair care requirements, they will collaborate with other salon employees to keep the space tidy and orderly.

Requirements

A legitimate Ontario hairdresser’s license
Shown proficiency in hair coloring, style, cutting, and other related services
Prior experience working in a formal salon environment and a track record of exceeding expectations in sales and customer service
The capacity to perform successfully under time constraints, pay close attention to detail and manage one’s schedule
Strong familiarity with hair care procedures, products, and relevant market trends
Possessing outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the capacity to work both individually and collaboratively
The ability to work on the weekends and evenings as needed
Commitment to upholding all relevant norms and laws to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
A strong interest in the beauty business combined with a drive to advance professionally
