2. TikTok Live Operator/Moderator/Assistant, Chino Hills, CA
TikTok Live Operator, Moderator, or Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized TikTok Live Assistant to support our live streaming activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Host to ensure a smooth and engaging live experience for our audience. This role involves coordinating schedules, preparing workflows, managing flash deals and giveaways, and providing real-time support during broadcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination: Work closely with the host to coordinate streaming schedules and ensure the timely execution of live sessions.
- Workflow Preparation: Develop and organize the workflow for each live session, ensuring all elements are in place for a seamless broadcast.
- Manage Deals and Giveaways: Set up and manage flash deals and giveaways, coordinating with the host to promote these effectively during the live stream.
- Script Assistance: Provide real-time script support, ensuring the live stream remains engaging and informative.
- Behind-the-Scenes Operations: Control all technical and operational aspects behind the screen to support a smooth broadcast.
- Stream Direction: Assist with directing the flow and pacing of the stream, ensuring it aligns with the planned workflow and maintains audience engagement. Engage with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering positive interactions.

Electronics & Biomedical Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable electronic technician. This role will support the verification, validation, testing, and calibration activities relating to the electronic equipment, tools, and components of our medical device.
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures to inspect newly acquired medical device components, tools, and equipment for safety and function, and attach and assign appropriate control numbers and labels. Acquire the necessary information for accurate documentation and inventory entry.
- Conduct complete performance assurance and electrical safety testing. Performs preventive/scheduled maintenance on medical device components, tools, and equipment as required. May provide information for the development of testing protocols.
- Manage equipment calibration process with a third-party laboratory for applicable equipment
- Respond to equipment problems, evaluate, troubleshoot, and correct problems up to and including those requiring rule-based troubleshooting and a moderate level of diagnostic skill and having a moderate to high level of acuity and complexity. Determines the need to remove and/or replace malfunctioning equipment from service and implements accordingly.
- Instruct staff and other personnel on the operation, safe use, care and handling, and user maintenance procedures for relevant equipment.
- Using the PASCALL electronic documentation system, thoroughly and accurately document inspections, repairs, maintenance procedures, and training activities promptly. Document and maintain accurate and current inventory records.
- Perform periodic scanning inspections of current inventory status and inventory supplies from a third-party vendor
- Performs Incoming Inspections to maintain a complete and accurate inventory of medical device components, including trial and evaluation, rental, and loaner equipment, in addition to permanently assigned equipment and component inventory.
- Use data indicators, intuition, and/or other resources to help identify system, safety, and quality problems, suggest solutions, and provide information that leads to improvement in product quality and/or processes
- Under the supervision of an engineer or other leadership, may assist in investigations of clinical issues/incidents during research study/clinical trial
Traits We Are Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers, neuroscientists, and physicians. The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills that will enable her or him to work effectively with other team members.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s (AS) degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or equivalent level of education or experience.
- Familiarity with using function generators, oscilloscopes, and multimeters
- Have experience with constructing testing circuits and performing simple electrical calculations
- Competent with basic electrical and electronic principles
- One to two years of related experience is preferred.
- Must have competence in the repair of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and/or computer medical technology to sufficiently diagnose and repair medical devices and systems.
- Ability to perform testing and troubleshooting of medical devices involving specialized and generic test equipment and software diagnostic tools
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical biomedical safety principles.
